BUILDING & INVESTMENT (B&I) building publication was first published in 1991 with 12,000 printed copies and later expanded to include digital copies for wider circulation.

Effective 2023, B&I will be transforming our media direction due to business and economic considerations and for more effective advertising coverage for our Advertisers.

As we have the best & comprehensive database for the industry in Malaysia, we will focus on our popular EDM e-broadcast program with our website functionally replacing our digital publication to avoid duplication.

B&I Database of 32,000 includes Developers, Architects, Engineers, QS, Interior Designers, Contractors, and Government & Public related agencies like JKR, SEDC etc. With not less than 80% perfection, it is upgraded & updated on a continuous basis.
