RESIN FLOORING
Resin flooring is widely used for the industrial grade floor and car park flooring. The reason why epoxy coating being considering as a floor finishes for the floor mainly due to the coating is a tough, chemical protection, wear and tear resistant, antistatic properties, easy to clean, withstand impact, aesthetically pleasing and many more benefits.
Resin flooring, also known as resinous flooring or polymer flooring. It consists of resin and hardener mixture that applied on top of the concrete surface to form a layer of topping for concrete protection and decoration. The thickness of the coating is from 0.25mm to 9mm thick subject to the client requirement.
THE SEAMLESS EPOXY TERRAZZO FLOORING
Terrazzo is becoming a popular flooring solution for commercial spaces such as airport, shopping mall, hospital, office and hotel. The epoxy terrazzo is using marble chip or granite chip mix with glasses and bind with epoxy resin to form a layer of topping on the concrete surface. The epoxy terrazzo is cast-in-situ at the site without join at 9 – 10mm thick with the desire design and grid down to 5 – 6mm thick with diamond grinder and polished it to smooth.
The advantage of Terrazzo flooring is the finished material is non-porous and seamless therefor prohibiting moisture penetrating and eliminates microbial growth. Other advantage like durable, low maintenance cost, environmentally friendly, countless design and many color choices to be selected to meet with the design requirement and furthermore it will not crack.
